Exchange & Buyback Policy
At MORAÉ, we stand behind the craftsmanship and enduring value of our pieces. Our policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience as your collection evolves.
Exchange Policy
Items are eligible for exchange within two years of the original purchase date. The exchange value is calculated by deducting the initial labor/craftsmanship costs, provided the piece is in "Brand New" condition (90% or higher). For items showing more significant wear (below 90%), a nominal refurbishing fee may be applied.
Buyback Policy
MORAÉ offers a buyback option within two years of purchase. The buyback value is calculated by deducting the labor costs plus a 50% adjustment fee, contingent on a 90% "Brand New" condition. Pieces below this threshold will be appraised based on their current market condition.
After Two Years
While MORAÉ does not offer exchanges or buybacks beyond the two-year mark, we remain dedicated to the longevity of your jewelry. Our master craftsmen are always available for professional cleaning and repair services to ensure your pieces continue to shine.
Custom Orders & Exclusions
Please note that Bespoke Custom Orders, Pearl Collections, and Fine Timepieces are crafted specifically for the individual and are therefore excluded from our standard exchange and buyback programs.
